New Product Prototype - Dual Flap, Dual Pocket - I'm looking for feedback - Updated 5/16/19

Hello everyone

As I had previously mentioned, I'm hard at work developing new products. The latest is the prototype of a dual flap dual pocket outer sleeve that doesn't require sealing tape. The flaps are approx. 2.25" long to securely hold (except for earthquakes) the jacket or record within the sleeve pocket. The concept is that you would tuck in the flap. The flaps are creased to hold the right direction for tucking and the sleeves would only be made in 4 mil thickness. The material specifications would be identical to my standard product. It would be available in 7, 10 and 12 inch formats. The picture is of a 10 inch sleeve. If you look closely, you will see the flaps.

Please leave a comment with your thoughts, would it be something that you would be interested in, etc..... Also if you would like to test this product and what sizes.

Update 4/22/19

I've received some really good feedback and will be moving forward with pre-production tooling and scaling up a small production run for market introduction. I made a small video to better show the product, and will post it shortly. I will probably release  a pre-order option also.

Updated 5/16/19

The new product video is up. Please excuse the quality.

Thanks

Mike

Well I just ordered 150 total sleeves from you after watching a few videos online, and I was sold! However, this seems much nicer considering there is no adhesive. Which brings me to my next question, is the adhesive “resealable” after one use?
I’d love to see how these would match up against the others, once I receive them. Hope all is well, keep up the good work.
    Sincerely,
    Kyle P.
