Protect your tri-fold albums with a complete, purpose-built solution. This Tri-Fold Outer Sleeve Kit includes everything needed to create a full protective sleeve for tri-fold record jackets.
Each kit combines three individual sleeves that attach together to form a single, cohesive outer sleeve. Designed to accommodate larger-format albums while maintaining protection and usability.
Each kit includes:
- 1 × 12" Tri-Fold Centre Panel Outer Sleeve (4mil) OS4TRI_12
- 2 × 12" Dual Pocket Outer Sleeves w/ Sealable Flap (Tape on Flap, 4mil) DP4R12TF
Once assembled, the system allows you to fully protect the jacket while keeping records accessible, reducing handling and helping prevent wear over time.
Constructed from durable 4mil material, this kit provides premium protection against dust, scratches, and moisture, while maintaining a clean, display-ready appearance.

Our outer sleeves are made using crystal clear cast polypropylene (CPP) to protect your record jackets from scratches, dust, moisture and more. CPP offers a higher tear resistance than other films, is very hard to crease and won't turn cloudy over time. It is typically used in applications that require superior optical properties, such as gloss, transparency and surface smoothness. Outer sleeves have passed the photographic activity test to meet ISO18916; they won't cause your album covers to discolour over time.
All outer sleeves are made in Canada using pure film from North America.
