U.S. Shipping Notice
We are temporarily unable to ship orders to U.S. PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, all U.S. orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address. Orders submitted with a PO Box or APO/FPO address may be delayed or cancelled until an alternate shipping address is provided.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Standard or FedEx Ground within Canada, and UPS Worldwide Expedited for orders to the USA and international destinations, unless otherwise requested.
Typical delivery times after shipping are:
Canada & USA: 3–6 business days
International: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Free shipping to the continental USA on orders over $65 USD
Free shipping in Canada:
BC, AB, SK, MB, ON & QC on orders over $75 CAD
PEI, NL, NS, NB, YT, NU & NWT on orders over $100 CAD
Duties, Taxes & Brokerage Fees
For shipments to the USA, we are currently covering all applicable duties and tariffs. However, this may be subject to change if duty or tariff rates increase in the future.
A $3.00 USD brokerage fee applies to all U.S.-bound orders. This fee is strictly for customs clearance and is not tariff-related. Due to the elimination of the de minimis threshold, all packages entering the U.S. must now be cleared through customs, which comes with unavoidable brokerage costs.
For shipments to the UK or EU, applicable duty and VAT are included at checkout where required. A flat $10.00 brokerage fee will apply to UK or EU orders exceeding the applicable destination threshold, such as £135 GBP or €135 EUR, where applicable.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of individual sleeves or open packages.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs clearance charges related to the return. Returns from the USA are subject to a $23 USD brokerage fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, and customs clearance fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
If the issue is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or quantity, the quickest option is to place a new order for the item you would like and return the original item for a refund, provided it meets our return eligibility requirements.
This helps ensure the item you want is available and avoids delays, especially for cross-border orders where shipping, brokerage, duty, and customs costs can be significant.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or otherwise undeliverable may be refunded less any original shipping charges, return shipping costs, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred.
